A daily ledger for India's retail traders.
TraderTalk is a community where Indian retail traders make daily binary calls on Nifty, Bank Nifty, blue chips and commodities. Every call is time-stamped, public, and auto-resolved at the close. The leaderboard is the only contract that matters.
Why we built it
Indian retail trading exploded in the last five years, and so did the ecosystem of finfluencers, telegram channels, and tipsters claiming 80% accuracy with no public record to back it up. We built TraderTalk as a simple counter to that: a place where every prediction is logged, every miss is on the record, and reputation has to be earned one call at a time.
It's not a brokerage. It's not a tipping service. No money changes hands and no advice is given. It's a structured, public practice ground for thinking about markets — and a leaderboard that keeps everyone honest about how good their thinking actually is.
Who we are
TraderTalk is a product of CodeMingle, a software studio based in Mumbai. We build internet products for the Indian market — small, opinionated, and made by people who use them themselves.

What we believe
Public records change behaviour.
It is easy to feel like a good trader when you remember your wins and forget your losses. It's harder when every call is on a public feed with a timestamp. Most of TraderTalk is built to make that record unfakeable.
Community beats noise.
Trader rooms, follow graphs and reactions exist on TraderTalk because markets are social. But every comment is anchored to a public record — you can't shout about your edge and hide your misses on the same platform.
Calibration over conviction.
Being right 80% of the time isn't a trading strategy if you only bet on layups. The interesting question — the one our weekly calibration check-in tries to surface — is whether your edge holds when you go against the room. That's the number that separates traders.
